Some of today's yoga exercise styles have been around for hundreds of years while other yoga exercise styles have been created and based off some of the most common yoga postures and poses. Yoga exercise styles vary in level of difficulty; almost all of the styles are broken down into beginner and advanced levels. The yoga postures used, will depend on the level of the yoga exercise style you are practicing. Each yoga exercise style has a specific purpose and uses different methods and yoga postures.

Hatha yoga is one of the more laid back yoga exercise styles. Most often Hatha yoga is a slow paced yoga class. It is most commonly designated as the best yoga exercise style to take part in when just beginning to practice yoga. These are because of it slow pace and ease into each of the yoga postures used during a session. This yoga exercise style uses many different areas of each style of yoga. It does this by introducing the beginner level yoga postures of each different yoga exercise style.

Sanjay Gandhi National Park

Park/waterfall-1Sanjay Gandhi National Park is located in a suburban part of Mumbai, India. Its area is 104 sq. kilometers, making it the largest park in the world within the city limits. It is surrounded by cities on the sides and it has a perfect forest cover suitable for wildlife. They also have a mini zoo at the park that attracts many tourists.

Brief History of Sanjay Gandhi National Park

Sanjay Gandhi National Park was named after the son of Indira Gandhi who died on a plane crash. She served as Prime Minister of India on three consecutive terms, from the years 1966 to 1977. She is also the first female to hold this highest post.

Way back the 4th century BC, this area served as a port of two ancient lands namely Greece and Mesopotamia. It was better known as Krishnagiri National Park in 1969, the time of the pre-independence era.

Menton the City of Lemons - not miss amazing lemons festival

corsoMenton, on the Italian border, is famous for the Lemon Festival, Eze is perched on a hillside with wonderful views of the Mediterranean, Biot and Vallauris are known for their pottery and glasswork, Antibes has its own harbour and hosts the Picasso museum.

The Lemon Festival (”Fete du Citron“) in Menton this year had a really interesting way to celebrate the lemons and oranges – thousands of fruits were used to create several creative sculptures and mosaics, all having as theme the cinema. The festival takes place during Feb 5th – Mar 3rd, and it is supported by the local tourism office to encourage visits to the city. Brasilia - The capital of Brazil, and an architectural spectacle. Noteworthy buildings include a basket-shaped Cathedral, the beautiful Arches Palace (seat of the Ministry of Justice) and others.
Oscar Niemeyer designed Brasilia's Catedral de Brasilia, completed in 1970. Lúcio Costa also contributed to the city's design.

The Catedral Metropolitana Nossa Senhora Aparecida is a hyperboloid design with 16 concrete columns squeezing toward the center and then flaying out into the sky.

Amazing Bio-fashion in Colombian

Every year, the Colombian city of Cali hosts a 'bio-fashion' show featuring environmentally-friendly creations made from fruit, leaves, flowers etc. The aim is to promote eco awareness and allow designers to let loose their creativity.

And these aren't just regular clothes with a few fruits and branches stitched on for effect -- even shoes made from twigs and flowers are displayed! We take a look at the 2010 instalment, plus some desi outfits closer to home that have followed the same principle in recent years.

These clothes are truly are "fresh”... so fresh that you probably do not want to keep in your closet too long. So fresh they will wilt and eventually disintegrate over time. What are we talking about? The Bio Fashion show in Cali, Colombia, featured gorgeous pieces for men and women that were made from leaves and flowers.
